Inside Schools

Since 2002, millions of New Yorkers have turned to Insideschools.org for independent insights into what’s really going on inside our city’s schools. Their experienced team of reporters has visited more than 1,400 schools – including charter schools – to interview educators, students and parents to observe what’s happening in the classrooms, cafeterias, hallways and even the bathrooms. Inside Schools keeps tabs on bureaucratic changes and track down officials to get answers while their advice columnists respond to parents’ most pressing questions. Members of their community can share their experiences by posting comments on their school profile pages, on their blog and in their discussion forum.
